MAINTENANCE AND REPLACEMENTS

Each eSpring™ water treatment unit is designed to make maintenance simple and painless.

The modular design allows each of the major components to be removed easily for repair or replacement. This means your unit doesn’t need to be replaced for the sake of a single part, extending the overall life of your eSpring system.

If you suspect your eSpring unit is malfunctioning or requires service, please contact your local Amway customer service team. They will guide you through some simple steps to determine the nature of the problem.

Should your unit need to be sent in for repair or replacement, the customer service representative will walk you through the process.
